Settings is where you manage your account. You'll find it in the user menu in the top-right corner once you're signed in. It has three parts: your account details, a data export, and account deletion.
Account
Here you can see the email you signed up with and when you joined, and change the language grailward uses. Your language choice follows your account across every device you sign in from.
Export my data
The Export my data button downloads a single .zip with everything we hold for you:
account.json— your account details plus metadata for every character, snapshot, shared stash, device, grail finding, feedback and login session. No passwords or tokens are ever included.- A
saves/folder with the current save of each character (.d2s) and shared stash (.d2i).
Restoring the saves
The files in saves/ are the real game files, named exactly as the game expects. To use them, copy them into your Diablo II: Resurrected save folder (on Windows, typically Documents\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\) while the game is closed. Launch the game and your characters and stash are back.
Delete my account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It removes your account and everything tied to it: characters, every snapshot and history entry, shared stashes, devices and their API tokens, your Holy Grail progress and any feedback you've sent. We ask for your current password to confirm.
Want a copy first? Export your data before deleting — once it's gone, it's gone.
A note on old snapshots
The export only bundles your current saves. Older snapshots in your history stay available too — you can download any of them individually from each character's History tab and from the shared stash page.
