Terms of Use
grailward is an unofficial, fan-made service for backing up and browsing your single-player Diablo II: Resurrected save files. By using grailward you agree to these terms.
1. Not affiliated with Blizzard
grailward is a fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in any way. Diablo and Diablo II: Resurrected are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.; all game content, names, and related marks belong to their respective owners. grailward uses no Blizzard artwork or assets.
2. What grailward does
grailward works only with single-player, offline save files. It reads your saves to provide backups, an armory view, and related insights. It never modifies your saves and never touches the running game. It has nothing to do with Battle.net or any online or multiplayer play.
3. Your saves and content
You keep all rights to your save files. By uploading them, you grant grailward permission to store and process them solely to provide the service to you. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload the files you upload.
4. Acceptable use
Use grailward only for your own single-player saves and for lawful purposes. Don't abuse, disrupt, or attack the service, and don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data.
5. Price
grailward is currently free. We may later offer optional paid plans limited to convenience features such as extended cloud storage or save history; the core tools (parsing, armory, insights) will remain free to everyone. We will never lock game-analysis features behind a paywall. Any future paid plans will be announced with clear terms.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard never to lose a save, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Your account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use of grailward means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
